摘要
作为W TO成员国,中国在对外金融开放的过程中,如何兴利除弊、加强国家金融主权的控制,是一个需要关注的战略问题。组建并进一步完善现有金融控股公司,充分发挥金融控股公司的协同效应,是金融业提高综合竞争能力的必然要求。
As one of the WTO members, China should lay stress on the issues as how to foster the advantages and eliminate the disadvantages, and strengthen the control of the national financial sovereignty during the process of opening up the financial industry to the outside world. It is vital and essential for the financial industry to increase their colligating competing ability by setting up and improving the current financial stock-control corporation, and bring the coordinating effects into fun play.
