摘要
芦笋的花药、花粉、茎尖及原生质体经离体培养均可再生植株。本文着重对芦笋花药和茎尖培养中从培养配方的优化选择到植株再生的整个过程的关键技术，以及提高芦笋试管苗移栽存活率等方面的措施进行了综述。
The anther, pollen, stem point and bioplast cultured in vitro can be plant. This paper mainly summarized the key tech-niques of the process that is from culture recipe selection prefer-ence to plant reproduction in anther and stem point culture of As-paragus. Measures on raising survial rate of Asperagus tube seedling transplant are also described in this paper.
