摘要
本试验以10份黑龙江省第一积温带熟期相近、收获期含水量差异较大的优良自交系为试验材料,采用完全双列杂交设计方法,对玉米收获期含水量进行配合力分析。结果表明,供试10份玉米自交系收获期籽粒含水量的一般配合力方差达到极显著水平,4份自交系表现为负效应,其中吉16、444的负效应较大,在降低玉米收获期含水量的新品种选育中有较大的利用价值;6份自交系表现为正效应,Mo17、B73、81162的效应值较大,在降低玉米收获期含水量的新品种选育中应谨慎使用;90个杂交组合的特殊配合力方差达到极显著水平,其中东5414×81162、B73×东754、东5414×吉16、3189×吉16、B73×Mo17负效应较大;玉米收获期含水量正反交效应间差异极显著,表明玉米籽粒收获期含水量存在母本效应。遗传参数估计表明,玉米收获期含水量的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力均较高,分别达到81.24%和72.68%,在后代的遗传中基因的加性效应占主导地位,可早代选择。
The combing ability of water content in harvest stage was studied by a complete diallel cross using 10 inbred lines with different water content and similar maturity stage. Analysis showed that there was a significant difference in GCA among 10 inbred lines studied. 4 inbred lines had negative effect, and Jil6 and 444 had the lowest effect value and may be useful for breeding variety with low water content in harvest. 6 inbred lines had positive effect, and Mo17, 1373 and 81162 had the highest effect value, so they should be carefully used in breeding variety with low water content in harvest. The difference of SCA among 90 crosses was also significant. However, Dong5414 ×81162, 1373 × Dong754, Dong5414 × Ji16, 3189 × Ji16 and 1373 × Mo17 had bigger negative effects. Significant reciprocal effect showed there may exited the female effect in water content in harvest stage. The estimation of genetic parameters showed that the heritability in both broad and narrow sense on water content in harvest were high up to 81.24 %and 72.68 % ,respectively. Additive effect of gene was dominant in inheritance. This character could be selected in early generation in low water corn breeding.
