摘要
玉米籽粒脱水速率是决定玉米收获时籽粒含水量的主要因素之一。全面系统深入研究玉米籽粒脱水速率这个关键性状,能够有效提高玉米机收籽粒育种效率,迅速加快中国玉米生产全程机械化步伐。为此,本研究从玉米籽粒脱水速率测定方法、玉米籽粒脱水速率与其他农艺性状关系、遗传改良及其遗传机制研究等方面,探讨了近年来国内外玉米籽粒脱水速率研究进展。同时,对目前研究中存在的问题进行了分析,并针对每个问题提出其解决对策,这为深入玉米籽粒脱水速率研究提供有利信息。
The kernel dehydration rate of maize is one of the main factors determining kernel moisture content at harvest time.Comprehensive,systematic and further research on this key trait could promote the breeding efficiency of maize with mechanical-reaped kernel,and accelerate the whole-process mechanization of China's maize production.Therefore,the study,in terms of kernel dehydration rate measurement methods,the relationship of kernel dehydration rate with other agronomic traits,the genetic improvement and the genetic mechanism,etc.discussed the research progress of maize kernel dehydration rate at home and abroad in recent years.Meanwhile,some problems in the research were analyzed,and the countermeasure for each problem was also provided.The study will provide information for further researches on the kernel dehydration rate in maize.
