摘要
对４５例变应性鼻炎患者和３１例正常人进行了血清微量元素铜、锌、铁、钙、镁的检测。结果：变应性鼻炎患者血清中锌、钙明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），而Ｃｕ值（铜锌比）明显升高。铁镁值与正常组无明显差异。提示：铜、锌，钙参与变应性鼻炎的发病过程。
The concentrations of normal Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca and Mg in the serum from 45 patients with allergic rhinitis and 3l normal subjects were detected with atomic absorption spectrometry.Compared with those of the normal subjects,the concentrations of Zn and Ca in the serum of the patients were significantly lower(P<0.05),while those of serum Cu and the ratio of Cu to Zn in the patients were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those in the normal subjects.There were no significant differences between serum Fe and Mg in the patients and those in the normal subjects.The results suggested that the changes of serum Cu,Zn and Ca might associate with the cause of allergic rhinitis.
