摘要
目的通过对新生儿菌血症患者血液分析参数血小板计数(PLT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均容积(MPV)的统计调查,分析PLT、MPV、PDW与新生儿菌血症的关系,并为临床诊治新生儿菌血症提供实验室依据。方法用SF3000全自动血液分析仪测定50例新生儿菌血症患者的PLT、MPV、PDW三项参数,同等条件下作正常新生儿对照,并进行χ2检验。结果50例新生儿菌血症患者其PLT、MPV、PDW三项参数的x±s值分别为(137.1±15.251)×109/L、(16.97±2.677)fL、(19.68±1.956)%;25例正常新生儿其PLT、MPV、PDW三项参数的x±s值分别为(115.2±14.193)×109/L、(11.736±1.535)fL、(13.622±0.762)%。结论新生儿菌血症患者其血小板参数PLT、MPV、PDW均高于正常对照人群(P<0.05)。通过进行血常规检验,特别是血小板相关参数的综合分析,可给临床诊治新生儿菌血症提供帮助。
Objective To investigate parameters of platelet(PLT), platelet distribution width (PDW), mean platelet volume (MPV)in neonatal bacterial sepsis, and to analyse the relation between PLT,MPV,PDW and neonatal bacterial sepsis to provide laboratory basis of clinical cure for neonatal bacterial sepsis. Methods Measuring PLT, MPV, PDW of 50 cases with neonatal bacterial sepsis by automatic hematology analyzer(SF-3000), and contrasting with healthy newborns in same condition, and performing X^2 examination. Results The mean value of PLT, MPV, PDW are (137.1±15. 251) ×10^9/L,(16.97±2. 677)fL,(19. 68±1. 956)%. In normal newborns group,PLT, MPV, PDW are (115.2±14.193)×10^9/L,(11.736±1. 535)fL,(13.622±0.762)%.Conclusion The PLT, MPV, PDW in neonatal bacterial sepsis are significantly higher than that in normal control group(P〈0.05). Therefore, blood routine test,especially, the analysis for the related parameters of PLT may be helpful to the clinical cure of neonatal bacterial sepsis.
