摘要
中国饮食文化是最具中国特色的文化门类之一。透视分析中国饮食文化的深层品位,可见中国人的饮食审美情趣,主要表现在食物形象、饮食环境、饮食器具、食物的香、味、名、音等方面。而情趣美可理解为感情与志趣两方面。
The culture of Chinese food is one of the cultures with the most Chinese characteristics. Perspectively analyzing the deep taste of the culture of Chinese food can help us to see the food aesthetic sentiment of Chinese people in food visualization, food environment; food utensils, as well as other aspects of food. The sentiment can be understood in both feeling and interest.
