上消化道溃疡穿孔32例保守治疗体会

摘要 目的:观察上消化道溃疡穿孔保守治疗的疗效。方法:回顾性分析32例经保守治疗的上消化道溃疡穿孔病例资料。结果:31例经保守治疗痊愈,1例中转手术治疗治愈。结论:对于一般情况良好,症状体征较轻的空腹小穿孔,或穿孔已超过24 h,腹膜炎已局限以及经水溶性造影剂行造影检查证实穿孔已封闭的病例,采用保守治疗,效果良好。
