半导体纳米材料由于具有重要的理论研究意义和潜在的巨大应用前景而成为当今理论和材料研究的特点.该文综述了半导体纳米材料非线性光学性质的研究进展.
Nanometer-sized semiconductor material,due to its theoretical significance and application prospects,has recently become a hot topic both in theoretical research and ma- terial investigations. This report summarizes recent theoretical and experimental studies of the nonlinear optical properties of nanometer-sized semiconductor materials.
