摘要
采用了三种工程常用的铁碳合金,观察、分析了晶界、相界曲率对溶质分布的影响及过冷奥氏体分解产物的成核与生长。研究表明:在渗碳体(Fe_C)-奥氏体(A)界面,珠光体中渗碳体优先形核于A内凹处的内侧。对于A-A界面,上贝氏体及魏氏组织铁素体优先形核于A晶界外凸的内侧。淬、回火后碳化物分布密度随界面曲率变化而改变。
Three kinds of Iron-Carbon alloys are used for studying the effect of the curvature of phase and grain boundaries on the nucleation and growth of super cooled austenitic decomposed structures. As showed in this investigation,the cementite nucleating in pearlite prevails at the inside of concave boundary of austenite on Cementite(Fe_3C)-Austenite (A) boundaries. For the A-A boundary,the upper bainite and Widmanstatten structure nucleate predomi-natly at the inside of bulgy boundaries'of super cooled austenite. The distribution density of carbides varies with the change of boundary curvature for the quenched-tempered structures.
