摘要
本文首先分析了目前在组织体育赛事活动过程中存在的问题,结合项目管理的发展情况,对项目管理在赛事组织中的应用进行了初步探讨。同时以作者近期从事的体育赛事项目为案例,分析了项目管理在赛事组织中的具体应用。从管理角度对赛事组织活动进行了新的分析研究,初步解决了在组织体育赛事管理中常常存在的低效、超支、混乱及延期等问题,对体育赛事管理创新进行了初步尝试。
After an analysis of the existing problems in the process of the organization of competitive sports activities,the authors of this text have carried on a preliminary discussion on the application of project management in the organization of competitive sports in combination with the current developing situation of project management. Taking a few sports games involved by the author as examples, they try to illustrate how project management can be applied in the organization of sports games. Analysis and research about the organization of competitive sports are conducted from a new angle of management and the usual problems of low efficiency, overspending, confusion and delay are somewhat solved, which is a starting point towards the management innovation of competitive sports.
