免疫调节剂在慢性乙型肝炎治疗中的价值和应用前景 被引量:2

摘要 我国是病毒性肝炎高发区,HBV感染率达57%,无症状HBV携带者(AsC)1.2亿人,平均年发病约140万人,慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者约为2800万人,肝硬化患者500万人,肝癌患者50万人[1].我国CHB病人的高风险是肝硬化,肝硬化病人由于发生肝细胞癌或出现非肿瘤性并发症如门静脉高压、肝衰竭而有较高的死亡率,严重地危害人们的身心健康.
