摘要
目的:探索以人为本,构建医院和谐发展的机制。方法:对股份制民营医院——浙江省台州市中心医院坚持以人为本、实现医院健康快速发展的成功经验进行总结和分析。结果:台州市中心医院快速发展得益于坚持以人为本的人性化服务模式。结论:坚持以人为本、人性化服务是医院取得和谐协调发展的有效途经。
