摘要
“文化致胜”是现代企业在竞争中获胜的一大法宝,在同样竞争激烈的医疗市场中,通过建设良好的医院文化必然引导医院走向成功,医院文化是医院的核心竞争力,决定着医院的可持续发展。本文在简要回顾医院文化理论的基础上,以医院的硬文化建设和医院的软文化建设为主线,分层次介绍了浙江省台州市中心医院医院文化建设的概况并对医院文化建设作了体会性的总结。
“Culture” is a powerful tool for market competition. Hospital culture would lead hospital success in healthcare market. Hospital culture is the core competition and improves hospital continuous development. This article reviews hospital culture theory and introduces hospital culture development in Taizhou Central Hospital.
