摘要
以福建农村劳动力转移总体状况为切入点,具体联系福建农村劳动力规模和行业的分布、劳动适龄人口的迁移、农村劳动力转移的主要途径等基本分析,来认识福建农村劳动力转移进入加速时期的内涵和特征及其对促进农村经济发展和农民增收的重大意义。
Based on the general atatus of rural labor force transfer in Fujian and the analysis of the scale of rural labor force and its distribution in different trades, the migration of labor population of the right age, the major ways of the rural labor force transfer in Fujian, the intension and characteristics of rural labor force transfer entering the speeding-up period and its great significance to promote rural economic development and increase farmers＇ income are dealt with.
