摘要
目的观察研究辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病血糖血脂的影响情况。方法选择符合WHO1999年糖尿病诊断标准2型糖尿病同时伴脂代谢障碍患者60例,随机分为A、B两组,A组服用辛伐他汀,20mg,每晚1次顿服,连续服用12周;B组服复合维生素B。服用前和服用12周后测血糖血脂情况。结果治疗组空腹血糖由(12.6±1.63)mmol/L降为(8.2±1.72)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖由(15.21±3.12)mmol/L降为(11.23±3.23)mmol/L(P<0.01)差异有显著性,而对照组有轻度降低,前后对照差异无显著性。治疗组治疗前后血脂TC、TG及LDL-C明显下降(P<0.05)差异有显著性。而对照组治疗前后血脂差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论辛伐他汀有明显的调脂作用和降糖作用。对防治2型糖尿病心血管并发症有积极作用。
[Objective] To observe and study the effects of simvastain tables on hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia in patients with Ⅱ Diabetes. [Methoal Choose 60 cases combined with Lipodystrophy conforming to Ⅱ diabetes standard proposed by WHO in 1999, then randomly divide the patients into two groups, Patients in group A take simvastain tablets, 20 mg per evening for 12 weeks, and patients in group B only take compound vitamin B. Measure the Conditions of the patients＇ blood sugar and blood fat before and after taking simvastain tablets for 12 weeks. [Resultl The blood sugar of group A drops from（12.6±1.63） mmol/L to （8.2±1.72） mmol/L on an empty stomach. Two hours after meals, the patients＇blood sugar drops from （15.21±3.12） mmol/L to （11.23±3.23） mmol/L （P〈0.01）, the difference being evident, while the blood sugar of the patients in group B drops slightly, the difference proving to be next to noting. After taking simvastain tablets, the blood fat, TC/TG/LDL-C of the patients in group A drops greatly （P 〈0.05）. Compared with the patients＇ previous condition, the difference is marvelous. By contrast, the blood fat of the patients in group B shows no change （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Simvastain tablets can adjust blood fat effectively and reduce blood sugar as well. And simvastain tablets bring active effects on the prevention and treatment of Ⅱ diabetes and cardiovascular compaction.
