摘要
[目的]分析评估国家基本药物吲达帕胺、依那普利联用治疗中重度高血压病疗效。[方法]430例中重度高血压病患者接受吲达帕胺、依那普利口服。[结果]430例患者总有效率达95%,降压效果明显,作用平稳持久,不影响血糖血脂电解质,不良反应少,易耐受且价格便宜。[结论]该方法治疗中重度高血压病值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the effect of Indapamide and Enalapril on moderate and severe hypertension.[Method]430 cases orally take Indapamide and Enalapril.[Result]The total effective rate was 95%,with marked effect,stable and sustainable function,not affecting sugar,lipid or electrolyte,with little side effects,easy to accept,cheap.[Conclusion]The said method is worthy promotion.
