生物活性玻璃引导牙周骨再生的超微结构观察

摘要 目的:评价生物活性玻璃倍骼生应用于引导牙周骨再生的疗效.方法:于2只Beagle犬的前磨牙区域,运用人工去骨及正畸结扎丝结扎法建立重度牙槽骨水平缺损模型,植入生物活性玻璃倍骼生,同体对照,术后6周对新生骨进行透射电镜观察.结果:生物活性玻璃术后6周未完全降解,颗粒周围的成骨细胞向后成骨细胞分化.结论:生物活性玻璃倍骼生具有较强骨诱导活性,术后6周可有效地诱导骨再生. Objective: To evaluate the effect of bioactive glass (PerioGlas) on alveolar bone regeneration. Methods: Routine supra - alveolar periodontal defects were created at the premolar teeth in 2 beagle dogs, ligature wires were placed around dental cervix and were removed after 3 months. Bioactive glass was grafted into the regions of premolars of beagle dogs, the control treated without bioactive glass. The regenerated tissue were evaluated through transmission electron microscope at post- operative 6th w. Results: Osteoblast around bioactive glass classified towards post - osteoblast. Residual biomaterials could be observed at post-operative 6th w. Conclusion : The bioabsorbable bioactive glass appear to have osteoinductive activity and can promote bone regeneration at early stage.
