摘要
目的 :通过建立动物模型 ,观察生物活性玻璃联合胶原膜植入牙周骨缺损对牙槽骨再生和牙周附着形成的作用以及组织的反应 .方法 :于 3只beagle犬的前磨牙区域 ,用人工去骨及正畸结扎丝结扎法建立重度牙槽骨水平缺损模型 ,分别植入胶原膜和 /或生物活性玻璃倍骼生 ,同体对照 ,分别于 6、 12周及 2 4周对新生骨与牙根结合界面进行临床牙周及X线摄片观察 .结果 :(1)牙周临床指标 :生物活性玻璃联合胶原膜组在降低探诊深度及牙周附着丧失方面优于单用材料 (生物活性玻璃或胶原膜 ) ;在术后龈缘位置复位方面优于单用生物活性玻璃 ;(2 )X线摄片 :胶原膜联合生物活性玻璃组新生骨持续增加 ,钙化程度接近正常骨 .结论 :联合应用胶原膜和生物活性玻璃倍骼生 ,可促进牙周骨再生及软组织愈合 .
Objective: To evaluate regeneration of alveolar bone and periodontal attachment, and biomaterials reaction following surgical implantation of collagen membrane associated with bioactive glass in a discriminating on-lay defect model.Methods: Routine supra-alveolar periodontal defects were created at the premolar teeth in 3 beagle dogs, ligature wires were placed around dental cervix and were removed after 3 months.Collagen membrane associated with or without bioactive glass was grafted into the regions of premolars of beagle dogs.The regenerated tissue at 6 weeks, 12 weeks and 24 weeks was evaluated respectively through clinical examination, X-ray inspection.Results: (1)Clinical data:A statistically significant reduction of probing pocket depth and gain of attachment was observed in sites receiving collagen membrane associated with bioactive glass compared to the sites receiving other 3 treatment modalities, at both 12 weeks and 24 weeks.Gingival recession values were significantly different in sites receiving collagen membrane associated with bioactive glass compared with the sites receiving bioactive glass at 12 weeks.(2) Descriptive analysis of radiography:Bone height of regenerated alveolar was significantly increased in sites receiving collagen membrane associated with bioactive glass.Conclusion: Bioactive glass significantly enhances alveolar bone regeneration and soft healing when combined with collagen membrane.
