摘要
以大豆油和甲醇为原料制备生物柴油,酯交换反应在超声波条件下以碱作为催化剂进行,讨论了超声波对反应的影响。研究结果表明,与机械搅拌增强反应比较,低频超声波可以大大强化酯交换反应过程,缩短反应时间。
Biodiesel oil is conducted under ultrasonic is prepared from sova bean oil and methanol, the ester exchange reaction conditions with alkali as the catalyst, and the effect is discussed of ultrasonic wave on the reaction, The results of the study show that, when compared with the reaction intensified with mechanical agitation, low-frequency uhrasonic wave can greatly promote the ester exchange reaction and shorten the reaction time.
