摘要
目的研究经胸彩色多普勒超声在室间隔缺损封堵介入治疗中的应用价值。方法经胸彩色多普勒超声引导下,对2例室间隔缺损患者用Amplatzer封堵器或类似Amplatzer国产双盘式伞状封堵器进行封堵介入治疗。结果2例室间隔缺损封堵完全成功,定期随访一年,均见封堵器位置正常,未见残余分流等并发症。结论经胸彩色多普勒超声在室间隔缺损封堵介入治疗中有重要应用价值。
Objective To study the application value of color Doppler echocardiography in interventional treatment of ventricular septal defect with Amplatzer occlude. Methods Under transcatheter color Doppler echocardiography monitoring and guidance in the operation, Amplatzer occluder or double-plate umbrella occluder made in China similar to Amplatzer was used to occlude ventricular septal defect in two cases of patients. Results Two cases of ventricular septal defect were treated successfully with umbrella occlude. The positions of umbrella occlude were normal and no residual shunts were discovered when the patients were followed up periodically, Conclusion Color Doppler ecbocardiograpby plays an important role in interventional treatment of ventricular septal defect with Amplatzer occlude,
