摘要
目的探讨血液净化治疗在儿科中的应用。方法对30例患儿进行105次血液净化治疗的特点进行分析,总结血液净化在儿科临床应用经验。结果15例中毒患儿12例治愈,3例死亡;5例慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患儿尿毒症症状明显减轻;10例急性肾衰竭(ARF)患儿7例治愈,2例好转,1例无效。结论血液净化对急慢性肾功能衰竭、急性中毒的患儿疗效显著,在治疗过程中注意其特点,可以安全有效地达到治疗目的。
Objective To discuss the application of blood- purifying therapy in pediatrics. Methods The character of 105 blood- purifying theropies in 30 child patients were analyzed. The clinical experience of blood- purifying theropy in pediatrics was surnrnarized. Results In 15 toxic children patients： 12 cases were cured, 3 cases died, 5 cases of CRF were much better in their uraemia symptom. Conclusion It is remarkably efficient that blood - purifying therapy apply to acute and chromic renal failure and acute toxic child patients. If we pay attention to the character of child patients in the course of curing, we can reach the aim safely and effectively.
