摘要
随着全球化的迅捷推进,当代社会已进入“风险社会”。风险是发展的结果,发展是通过风险实现的。从全球化的视野观照风险与发展的关系,其目的是在厘清风险的内涵、形式的基础上,揭示风险及风险社会的成因,找到有效规避、预防和控制风险的对策,以促进社会健康有序地发展。
Now our society is pushed into a “risk society”which accompanied with globalization. Risk is the result of development and also benefit to it. The aim from the globalization angle to observe the relationship between risk and development is to make definite form and content of risk, to reveal the courses of risk and risk society, to find efficacious ways to avoid risk, to take precautions against and control risk and then make society healthy and orderly develop.
