摘要
本文从社会分工和公共资源的有效利用的角度出发,提出对企业活动的社会评价思想,建立了社会评价指标体系;从鼓励创办企业和保护公共资源的双重角度,作者借鉴投入产出的思想,参考数据包络评价方法和综合评价方法,对企业进行评价,试图达到保护公共资源和鼓励创办企业的作用;最后,对该方法进行了实例验证。
On considering the society work dividing and public resource using, an individuality evaluation method for enterprise from society is proposed. An indexes system for society evaluation is found. To encourage the establishing of enterprises and protect public resources, the idea of input- output and data envelopment analysis method is used to evaluate enterprise. After that, 20 enterprises are studied.
