嗜线虫致病杆菌CB6菌株培养特性的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了嗜线虫致病杆菌(Xenorhabdus nematophila)CB6菌株的菌体增殖规律及对主要营养成分的利用规律.结果表明,该菌延缓期、对数生长期、稳定期、衰亡期分别为 0~6 h、6~18 h、18~48 h和 48 h以后.培养 18 h时,糖和蛋白质的含量达到最低并保持稳定;氨基氮含量在 6 h时最低,以后逐渐升高,36 h达到最高.药效实验表明,该菌培养 42 h时其菌悬液杀虫活性最高. Cell proliferation law and main nutrients utilization law of nematode-pathogenic Xenorhabdus nematophila CB6 were studied, Lag phase, logarithmic phase, stationary phase, and dead phase of the bacterium were 0-6 h, 6 - 18 h, 18-48 h, and over 48 h respectively. When culture for 18 h, concentration of sugar and protein reached to the lowest and kept steady; content of amino acid reached to the lowest by 6 h, then increased gradually, and hit to the top by 36 h. Medicine effectiveness experiment showed that the bacterial suspension had the best insecticide activity against the third instar larvae of Plutella xylostella when cultured for 42 h.
