金属异物对^(18)F符合探测CT衰减校正的影响 被引量:1

摘要 射线在体内的衰减和散射可影响正电子符合探测图像的质量,因此,多种衰减校正(AC)方法已用于临床[1].起搏器、人工关节、造影剂等金属异物在基于CT的AC过程中可能造成衰减过度补偿,产生阳性伪影,致临床误诊[2-4].了解金属异物产生伪影的原因及如何识别伪影对提高符合探测图像质量较为重要.本研究通过模型实验,观察金属异物对正电子符合探测图像非均匀AC的影响,现报道如下.
