摘要
采用流式细胞仪对精液中脱落细胞ＤＮＡ进行了分析。结果表明，精液中存在ＤＮＡ１ｎ、ＤＮＡ２ｎ及ＤＮＡ４ｎ细胞，正常生育男性、不育男性与精索静脉曲张Ⅲ度的男性，脱落细胞ＤＮＡ存在数量上的差异。
in this paper exfoliative cell DNAs in semen were analysed by flowcytometry. The results showed that there were haploid , diploid and tetraploid cells in semen. And there was humerical difference in exfoliative cell DNA between fertile, sterile and varicocele male.
