摘要
在高压反应釜内,以硝酸铜为催化剂,研究了均相催化湿式氧化乙氧基喹啉合成工艺废水。探讨了温度、催化剂用量对废水处理效果的影响,并与不加催化剂的湿式氧化作比较。试验结果表明:提高温度和Cu2+浓度有利于污染物的去除,当Cu2+浓度为0.25mg/L时,温度为220℃,总压为8MPa条件下,COD和色度的去除率分别达到99.0%和98.0%。均相催化湿式氧化中硝酸铜显示出了很好的催化活性,与不加催化剂的湿式氧化相比,其去除率分别提高了32.0%和18.0%。反应后的出水出现了低的pH值,高效液相色谱检测出了大量的短链酸的存在。
In a batch autoclave,homogeneous catalytic wet air oxidation(CWAO) for the treatment of Ethoxyquine manufacturing process wastewater has been investigated using copper nitrate catalyst.Influence of temperature and catalyst amount on the oxidation efficiency was studied and the results were compared to those of the blank experiment.The final result illustrated that heightening the reaction temperature and copper ion were in favor of improving the removal rates of pollutants;when copper ion concentration was 0.25mg/L,temperature and total pressure were 220℃ and 8 MPa respectively,COD and chroma removal rates reached to 99.0% and 98.0% .Copper nitrate showed very good catalytic activation in these oxidation processes.Also,in comparison with the blank experiment,COD and chroma removal rates increased by 32.0% and 18.0%.Low pH value was found in the effluent, and a great deal short-chain acids were detected by HPLC.
