摘要
自然权利来源于人性,它要求建立反映人性的价值体系和法律制度的权利体系。自然权利是人权和政治契约的基础,自然权利宣告了人权的普通性和权利本位观。
Natural right derives from personal nature and is demanded to construct the system where it can be reflected by the value system of personal nature and the right system of legal institute. Natural fight is the foundation of personal right and political contract, and natural right declares the universalism of personal right and right - based theory.
