摘要
研究电解电容器用铝箔直流侵蚀过程中脂肪胺类化合物的缓蚀作用及其对侵蚀箔比电容的影响.扩孔液中添加缓蚀剂后,铝箔的失重减少,比电容提高了约20%~50%,并用量子化学观点解释了机理.
The corrosion inhibition and the influences of specific capacitance of aliphatic amines on aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitors during DC etching are investigated. When inhibitors are added, weight loss decreases and specific capacitances increases about 20% ~ 50%. The view of quantum chemistry is used for explanation of the mechanism.
