摘要
随着企业化转制和入世的冲击,勘察设计企业普遍面临更大范围、更加严峻的市场挑战,只有采用先进的管理、技术手段,实现升级改造,才能在激烈的市场竞争中求生存、求发展。而在信息社会中,通过建立企业的电子图档信息资源库来有效管理多年积累的图档、文字等资料,可为勘察设计企业的发展提供动力和保障。本文希通过系统论述中原石油勘探局勘察设计研究院图档管理系统的功能、流程及技术创新点,达到总结经验、交流想法之目的。
As changing from institutions to enterprises and impacted by china＇s entry into the WTO, most survey and design enterprises faces more serious challenges in the market. So only by adopting advanced management and technology can the survey and design enterprises realize promotion and reform, thus surviving and developing themselves in the market with fierce competition. In the information society, the survey and design enterprises will get impetus and safeguarding if they set up electronic document information resources database to effectively manage those data accumulated for many years. This paper summarizes experience and exchanges views by describing the function, flow and technological innovation points of document management system used in our institute.
