摘要
[目的]了解学校及幼儿园食堂食(饮)具消毒情况.[方法]2000～2004年对招远市不同学校及幼儿园食(饮)具检测结果进行分析.[结果]2000～2004年合计检测食(饮)具17 389份,合格率为88.5%.检测合格率2000年为79.4%,2001年为85.7%,2002年为87.9%,2003年为94.8%,2004年为94.9%.蒸汽和电子柜消毒的较高,消毒后有保洁设施的较高,第一、四季度较高,盆盘类、筷子较低.[结论]招远市幼儿园、普通高中食堂食(饮)具合格率较高,初中和职高食(饮)具合格率较低,需进一步加强消毒管理工作.
[Objective]To understand the disinfection situation of cafeteria＇s table-wares of school and kindergarten. [Methods]To analysis determination reports of table-wares of school and kindergarten from 2000 to 2004. [Results]The total of table-wares is 17 389,the qualification rate is 88. 5%. The qualification rate is 87.9% in 2000, 85.7% in 2001, 87.9% in 2002, 94.8% in 2003, 94.9% in 2004. The qualification rate is higher in steam and electronic cabinet and keeping cleanness,the first and the fourth quarter is higher than othero, but lower in plate and chopsticks. [Conelusion]The qualification rate is higher in the kindergarten＇s and ordinary senior high school＇s cafeteria than in the junior high school and vocational senior middle school. It＇s necessary to sthengthen the supervisory work of disinfection.
