摘要
政府创新是促进政府现代化的重要途径,是政府自身发展的客观要求。中国政府创新内涵界定必须符合中国国情。中国政府创新有着深刻的现实动因和需求,是经济全球化和治理国际化的客观要求,是提升政府能力的必然。中国政府创新是一个体系,分为两个方面和三个层次。大力推进政府创新,需要构建中国特色社会主义政府理论、形成并完善中国特色社会主义政府体制、拓展并革新中国特色社会主义政府治理工具。
Government innovation is an important approach in pushing government modernization, and an objective claim for government＇s development. The connotation of Chinese government innovation must accord with its own situation. Chinese government innovation has profound realistic cause and requirement, which is the objective need of economy globalization, governance internationalization and the necessity of enhancing the government ability. Chinese gov6rnment innovation is a system which consists of two sides and three levels. To Push the government innovation vigorously, we should construct china characteristic socialism government theory, form and perfect china characteristic socialism government system, develop and renovate china characteristic socialism government governance tools.
