摘要
寒地城镇具有特殊的生态环境,其生态规划应从保护城镇生态环境,减少冬季热能损耗入手,力图克服气候的不利因素,创造出与夏季不同的寒地生态景观。东北寒地城镇生态规划应从城镇、住区及建筑公共空间三个层面上注重生态环境建设。
The towns in cold regions have their speciai eco-environment.Whan planning for the ecoenvironment,it is imperative to proceed with protecting the town environment and reducing the energy consumption in winter,trying to overcome the climate disadvantages in order to produce eco-landscape of cold region which is different from the landscape in summer.The eco-planning of northeast cold-region towns should emphasize the environment construction from three aspects of villages, residential areas and public space of the buildings.
