摘要
采用50%以上的钢渣、矿渣、粉煤灰等工业废渣与52.5PI.I水泥复合制备3种低环境负荷型强度等级42.5的特种水泥,同时全部采用废渣制备新型膨胀剂WUT,低热水泥3d、7d水化热分别比42.5PO.水泥下降27%和36%,达到GB200—89对低热42.5级水泥的要求,化学收缩显著降低,在37℃环境中经1.5h的流动度损失小于4cm;经抗硫酸盐侵蚀和抗海水侵蚀试验,水泥的抗硫酸盐侵蚀作用显著;膨胀剂WUT比一般膨胀剂早期膨胀值低,但后期膨胀持续时间长。
Three kinds of low environment load type special cement with strength grade 42.5 were made using over 50% industrial waste residue such as steel slag, slag and fly ash,by recombination with 52.5P.11 cement,while new expansion agent WUT are made from waste slag.Compared with 42.5P.O cement,hydrate heat of low-heat cement at 3 and 7 days, lowers down 27% and 36% respectively.that is up to GB200-89 on low-heat cement grade 42.5,chemical shrinkage reduces remarkably,loss of slump after 1.5 h under 37 ℃ is less than 4 cm.The cement has ontstanding effeel on resislanee to sulfate corrosion by experiments of sulfate eon'osion and seawater corrosion resistance.Compared with general expression agent,the expansion agent WUT has low expansion valne at early stage and long expansion duration at later stage.
