摘要
大体积混凝土产生的“冷缩”对最终的体积变化产生重要影响,因此补偿收缩措施与普通混凝土不同,利用低热微膨胀水泥与轻烧氧化镁的不同膨胀时效,产生双膨胀效应,通过试验得到有效补偿大体积混凝土收缩的混凝土制备工艺并成功用于实际工程,研究了轻烧氧化镁与两种普通膨胀剂对水化热和体积变化的影响规律。
Since the cool shrinkage of massive concrete can affect the final volume more than that of normal concrete, method to compensate shrinkage is difference, Low-heat and micro-expansion cement and ligth calcined MgO are mixed to bring double dilatation. Efficient preparation for compensating the shrinkage of massive concrete is developed by experiment, and is applied in practical engineering. Effects on hydration heat and volume of light calcined MgO and two kinds of expanding-agents are researched.
