摘要
报道了标题化合物(NPMBTT)的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应.在Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.9的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中,NPMBTT与镉(Ⅱ)在波长535nm处发生退色反应,在波长450nm处发生生色反应,建立以535nm为参比波长,450nm为测量波长的双峰双波长测定法,其表观摩尔吸光系数为2.47×105L·mol-1·cm-1.镉(Ⅱ)浓度在0~12μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律.
The colour reaction of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-(6-meth- benzhiazol)-thiazene ( NPMBTT ) with Cd ( Ⅱ ) was studied. NPMBTT formed an orange-yellow complex with Cd ( Ⅱ )in the molar ratio of 1 : 3. The molar absorptivity was 2.47 × 10^5L· mol^-1·cm^-1 by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry with reference wavelength of 535nm and determination wavelength of 450nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 15μg/25mL. This method has been used for the determination of cadmium ( Ⅱ )in human hair with satisfactory results.
