摘要
报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(4-硝基-噻唑)-三氮烯(NPNTT)的合成及其与汞的显色反应。在OP存在下,pH10.5的Na28407-NaOH缓冲溶液中.该试剂能与汞发生显色反应,汞与NPNTT形成摩尔比为1:5型的配合物,在450nm处有一最大正吸收峰,在540nm处有一最大负吸收。以450nm为参比波长,540m'n为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.58×10^5L·mol·1.cm^-1汞的浓度在0-560μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定废水中的微量汞,结果满意。
The paper reported the synthesis of the new regent 1-(4-p-nitrophenyl)-3-(4-nitro-thiazoly)-Triazene (NPNTT) and the color reaction of NPNTT with mercury. In the presence of the surface active agent OP and in the Na2B407-NaOH mediumofpH 10.5, thereagent form a complex with mercury in the molar ratio of 1:5. The molar absorptivity was 2.58×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 by dual-wavelengh of 450 nm and determination wavelength of 540 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-560μg/L. The method was applied to the direct determination of mercury in waster water with satisfactory results.
