探讨预防性抗生素使用时应考虑的一些问题,包括循症医学、诱导细菌耐药性、药效学和药物经济学等,供临床医生在使用预防性抗生素治疗前进行决策时参考,以期达到最佳的治疗目标。
To explore some basic problems that should be considered on the usage of preventive antibiotic therapy, including evidence - based medicine, inducement of antibiotic resistance of bacteria, drug effect and economics. We hope all the evidence can be useful when clinician determine the usage of preventive antibiotic therapy, so that the best therapeutic goal can be achieved.
