摘要
目的:建立以紫外分光光度法测定O/W型紫草脂肪乳剂中总萘醌含量的方法.方法:总萘醌的含量以左旋紫草素计,溶剂为甲醇,检测波长为516nm.结果:左旋紫草素检测浓度在8.32~41.60μg/ml范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000,n=5),平均回收率为98.6%(RSD=0.53%).结论:本方法简便、准确,回收率与精密度高,重现性好,可用于O/W型紫草脂肪乳剂中总萘醌含量的测定.
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for content determination of the total naphthoquinonc in oil/water emulsion of shikonin by ultraviolet spcctrophotomctry.METHODS: The content of the total naphlhoquinone was counted in L-shikonin,mcthanol was used as solvent and the wavelength was set at 516nm.RESULTS:The concentration of L shikonin had good linear correlation with absorbancc in the range of 8.32~41.60μg/ ml(r=1.0000, n= 5), the average recovery was 98.6% (RSD= 0.53% ) . CONCLUSIONS: The present method is siraplc, precise and repllcablc resulting in high recovery and accuracy,it can be used to determine the content of total naphthoouinone in oil/wator cmulsion of shikonin.
