摘要
选择六种不同方法回收新疆紫草细胞发酵培养液中的紫草色素,比较了这些方法的回收效果,从中找出了一种快速,成本低,对色素破坏少的沉淀剂。采用这种沉淀剂回收的色素仍保持其抗菌活性。
Six different methods were explored to recover shikonin from 101 biorector cultured solution of Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst cells.The effects of these recovery methods were compared,and a sediment reagent was selected to recover shikonin with the advantages of fast,low cost with little negative effect.The antibacteria activity of shikonin recoverd by this method was also tested.
