摘要
对蛹虫草胞外多糖的发酵过程和发酵动力学进行了研究。基于菌丝体的定义(dCx/dt=μCx)和菌丝体比生长速率μ[μ=μ(t)],得到了描述发酵过程中菌丝体生长和胞外多糖生成的数学模型,同时对实验数据与模型进行了比较,结果拟合良好,说明此模型较好地反映了蛹虫草胞外多糖的发酵过程及其动力学机制。
The exo -poLysaccharide production by fermentation process with Cordyceps militaris and the kinetics of fermentation were studied. The mathematical kinetic models describing the biomass growth and product formation were obtained, which provided a reasonable regression with test data, on the base of the formula of the biomass specific growth rate [μ=μ (t)] and the biomass growth rate(dCx/dt=μ Cx). And the result showed that the kinetics equations can describe fermentation process very well.
