摘要
为了检验使用“防止煤矿巷道内瓦斯爆炸装置”在特大瓦斯涌出量情况下的爆炸烈度可能造成的伤害,在总长8 m,一端封闭、一端开口,且封闭端高度(在3.1 m长度上截面为3.1 m×3.1 m)比靠近开口端(截面为3.1 m×2.5 m)高出0.5 m的试验巷道内做了天然气特大送气速率(模拟采煤的特大瓦斯涌出量)4次特殊爆炸试验.其中3次发生了爆炸,但是爆炸的烈度很小.经过3次爆炸,三合板壁面只坏了2块(各1 m2面积),试验巷道内部地上枯草、纸片都无燃烧痕迹.证明应用“防止煤矿巷道内瓦斯爆炸的方法(装置)”有较好的防爆效果,在出现特大瓦斯涌出量发生爆炸时也未曾产生大的损失与伤害.
To test the potential damage caused by the explosion severity under the large masses of gas outpouring using “the method (equipment) of preventing gas explosions in coal mines”, four special explosion experiments were conducted. In these experiments, natural gas was blown with high rate (simulating large masses of gas outpouring when mining coals) into the 8-meter-long experimental lane with one end closed (the sectional area is 3. 1 m × 3. 1 m in the 3. 1 m length) and the other open ( the sectional area is 3. 1 m × 2. 5 m). The closed end is 0.5 m higher than the section close to the open end. Three experiments exploded with light intensity. After the above three explosions, only two boards surfaces were destroyed (the sectional area is 1 m x 1 m each), with no burning trace of wilted hays and sheet paper in the internal lane. It is proved that “the method (equipment) of preventing gas explosions in coal mines” has better explosion proof effect and do not ever lead to great loss and damage when explosions from large gas outpouring happen.
