摘要
在总长8m,一端封闭、一端开口,且封闭端高度(在3.1m长度上截面为3.1m×3.1m)比靠近开口端(截面3.1m×2.5m)高出0.5m的试验巷道内,做了22次验证用“防止煤矿巷道内瓦斯爆炸方法(装置)”防止天然气爆炸效果试验。试验中,天然气最大送气速率为2.45Nm3/min。用4个电点火器于试验巷道内不同位置交替点火,一次试验最大总进气量为20.7Nm3,22次试验全部未炸。试验证明了“防止煤矿巷道内瓦斯爆炸方法(装置)”的防爆效能是优异的。
22 experiments have been conducted to prove the explosion proof effect using 'the method of preventing gas explosions in coal mines' in the experimental lane with one end closed (the sectional area is 3.1 m×3.1 m in the 3.1 m length)and the other open (the sectional area is 3.1 m×2.5 m). The closed end is 0.5 m higher than the section close to the open end. The fastest rate of blowing natural gas is 2.45 Nm^3/min in the experiment. The different places in the experimental lane were ignited alternatively using four electronic igniters. The total mass of gas is 20.7 Nm^3 each experiment. The total 22 experiments did not explode. It has proved that the explosion proof effect of the 'the method (equipment) of preventing gas explosions in coal mines' is outstanding.
