摘要
对我国城市供水行业市场化改革历程、现状进行了分析,总结了近年来城市供水行业改革的经验和做法,提出了加快城市供水法律法规和相关标准的制定,将城市供水行业市场化改革纳入市政公用事业改革整体方案,积极培育市场主体等今后市场化改革需要进一步研究的有关问题和相关建议。
The course and recent status on adoption of market principle for urban water supplying enterprises in this country are reviewed and discussed. The authors suggested that the establishment of legal regulations and standards on urban water supply shall be promoted and the adoption of market principle will be received as constituent of the whole plan of municipal public affairs reform. Further investigations on this problem shall be required.
