摘要
雌配子体处于游离核时期的油松胚珠以含不同浓度和配比生长调节剂的培养基诱导产生愈伤组织,并建立了悬浮细胞系。这一悬浮细胞系生长快,分散性好,稳定均一,适用于研究其生理、生化和细胞周期调控。
Ovule callus of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr, which female gametophytes were on the mitosis of the free nuclei, was induced on MS media with different concentrations and combinations of hormones and the suspension cell line was established. The suspension cell line grew rapidly and was fairly homogenous. It was suitable to be studied on the mechanisms of the plant physiology, biochemistry and the regulation of cell cycle.
