综合性能优异的汽车用新型聚丙烯专用料的研制 被引量:6

DEVELOPMENT OF NOVEL PP SPECIAL MATERIAL WITH EXCELLENT PROPERTIES USED IN AUTOMOBILE

摘要 采用新型紫外光稳定剂-抗氧剂(UV-AO)体系制备了汽车用新型聚丙烯专用料。在不同条件下,对材料的抗老化性能、气味性能等进行了测试,并与传统的UV-AO体系进行了对比研究。结果表明,新型UV-AO体系极大地提高了材料的抗老化性能,并在气味散发、总碳散发和抗析出方面有突出效果。 The novel PP special material used in automobile is prepared by using new ultraviolet light stabilizer-antioxidant ( UV - AO) system. The anti-aging property and some other properties of the material are measured in different conditions. The different mechanisms of novel UV - AO system and traditional UV - AO system are studied. The results showed that anti-aging property of the modified PP material is improved greatly, and the properties such as odor emitting, total carbon emitting and anti-migration are superior after adding novel UV - AO system.
