以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为掺杂剂和乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用乳液插层聚合方法制备了 导电聚苯胺包覆有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料。探讨OMMT、APS和DBSA用量对复合材料电导率的影响。 结果表明,在苯胺、APS、DBSA三者摩尔比为1∶1∶1.5时,苯胺与OMMT质量比为1∶3.5时,复合材料的电导率最高 可达0.0571S/cm。用X射线衍射和傅立叶变换红外光谱对复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,聚苯胺已插层到 OMMT层间,且聚苯胺在受限的纳米空间只能以有限层分子存在,很可能是伸展链构象。
Conductive polyaniline dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid(DBSA) encapsulating organophilic montmorillonite(OMMT) nanocomposites were synthesized using emulsion intercalated polymerization method. DBSA was used for both dopant and emulsifier and APS was used as initiator during the polymerization. The effects of content of OMMT, APS and DBSA on the conductivity of nanocomposites were studied. The highest conductivity was 0.057 1 S/cm when the molar ratio of aniline, APS and DBSA was 1∶1∶ 1.5 and the weight ratio of aniline and OMMT was 1∶3.5. The composites were characterized by X ray diffraction and FT IR. The results indicated that polyaniline was intercalated into the layers of OMMT, the limited layers of polyaniline was formed and polyaniline was probably a single chain with extended chain conformation owing to the confined room in the nanometer layers.
