摘要
系统地回顾了国内近年来高热强性热作模具钢研制开发的进展,论述了有关热处理工艺的改进和发展。提出:研制新钢种、提高冶金和锻造质量、改进和创新热处理工艺以及将三者有机结合是提高模具寿命的关键。
This paper reviews systematically the progress of the development on the high hot -strength hot -work die steels in recent years in China, discusses the improvement on their heat treatment technique,and suggests that developing new steel grade,raising metallurgical and forged quality .improving heat treatment technique and their organic combining are the keys to prolong die -life.
