摘要
这里首先论述了参数化版图库在MEMS集成设计中的重要意义。并基于版图参数化的思想,以L-Edit作为开发平台,进行了参数化版图库的设计开发。通过对动态链接库文件的调用生成版图,并构建了版图库集成平台。
The parameterization domain design of Micro Electro Mechnical System （MEMS） possesses the important meaning both for benefiting the domain creation and for raising the design efficiency of MEMS units. During the developmnt of MEMS Garden, a China＇ s MEMS design software, the design of parameterization domain is carried through, and a parameterization domain integrated platform is built.
